Regarding the Iranian nuclear file, he explained that the discussion would enter a second phase, expecting the negotiations to take longer. Trump stressed that "the Strait of Hormuz must remain completely open, and that Iran will not be allowed to impose fees on ships crossing it," adding: "The Strait of Hormuz must be opened tomorrow, and things will go quickly for Iran." He also pointed out that developments in the Iranian file "are moving in a very good direction."
